Registered Manager

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to launch and develop a new private domiciliary care service in Leighton Buzzard. This is an opportunity to build a service from the ground up while benefiting from the infrastructure, resources and established network of a successful national homecare provider.

£38,000-£42,000 salary.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a growing private domiciliary care service, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
Managing and developing office and care staff, promoting stability, performance and retention.
Embedding strong leadership, accountability and a positive branch culture.
Meeting with prospective clients and families, conducting assessments and converting enquiries into private care packages.
Building relationships within the local community to generate private growth opportunities and increase brand presence.
Maintaining high standards of CQC compliance, governance and quality assurance.
Supporting the on-call rota and ensuring continuity of care across the service. 
Registered Manager Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care, live-in care or supported living.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance and governance.
Commercial awareness and confidence supporting the growth of a domiciliary care service.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards.
Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
