We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated qualified Nurse to join our team as a Registered Manager. As the Registered Manager Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and strategic direction of our organisation. This is a leadership position that requires excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
This role is based in an Acquired Brain injury Unit in Leicester. The home delivers care to patients with acquired brain injury, challenging behaviour and some mental health.
Duties:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective workflow
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate mental health outcomes to ensure compliance with organisational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board members
- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) is Nursing (Mental Health / Learning Disabilities)
-Management experience (Ward Manager and above)
