Coben Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative care provider in their search for Registered Managers for Supported Living Services and Childrens Services across the UK.
For this particular Supported Living Service Registered Manager role in Manchester , the successful candidate will be overseeing the day to day running and operations, ensuring the delivery of high quality care to in a Learning Disabilities and Autism setting.
Duties & Responsibilities
To support the Supported Living Service Deputy Managers, ensuring high quality care is delivered to the people they support with particular regard for individual needs
Ability to build strong relationships across the Manchester community through community engagement
Take an active role in staff development and training within both the Supported Living service including induction and mentoring, focusing on upskilling staff and evolving work practice
Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of support services.
Undertake regular auditing and monitoring ensuring the service remains compliant in all areas
Promote and maintain good channels of communication amongst the teams and between people they support and staff
Skills & Qualifications:
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Experience of Supported Living Services / LD and Autism Sectors
Effective communication

strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with the team and community
Genuine passion for care to provide high quality support services and improving the lives of service users in their everyday life
Benefits:
