£40,000 + £5,000 once registered | Adult Social Care
Diamond Search are delighted to be representing our client in the appointment of an experienced Registered Manager in South Shields.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an established 18-bed service supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities, with a strong focus on person-centred care, independence and achieving positive outcomes.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the operational management of the service, including:
* Leading, motivating and developing the staff team.
* Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.
* Managing staffing, budgets and resources.
* Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and relevant legislation.
* Driving service improvement and positive outcomes.
* Supporting and developing Team Leaders and senior staff.
* Acting as a strong role model for best practice.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Previous management experience within adult social care.
* Strong knowledge of CQC and regulatory requirements.
* Experience supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities.
* Proven leadership and team-management experience.
* Excellent organisation, communication and financial management skills.
* A genuine passion for improving the lives of the people you support.
* Level 5 Adult Management qualification (or equivalent), or willingness to complete it.
