Job Description - Registered Manager - Children's Home

HRS Healthcare are recruiting for a Registered Manager for a 5 bed children’s home on the outskirts of Glasgow.

About the Registered Manager’s role
• Develop comprehensive care plans
• Create a great team environment
• Maintain high standards
• Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home
• Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times



Requirements

About You
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Management experience
• Knowledge of the Care Inspectorate’s quality framework and the SSSC code of conduct.
• SVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Social Services and Healthcare or Leadership and Management.
• Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK
