Registered Manager - Childrens Home

A2B Social Care have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager provide care & support in a 3 bed therapeutic EBD home based in Milton Keynes

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a Children’s Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework

* Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child

* Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance

* Manage recruitment, staff training, and development

* Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted

Requirements:

* Level 5 or 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children’s Residential or equivalent

* Minimum 2 years' management experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.

* Driving Licence is essential

Salary:

£60,000 - £65,000 working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package
