Pay Rate: £54500 per annum 

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead its client's brand-new children’s residential home in Leicestershire on behalf of a well-established, family-run care organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a passionate team that places children and young people at the heart of everything they do.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it meets Ofsted standards and delivers the highest level of care and support. You will lead a committed team, foster a culture of warmth and professionalism, and ensure every child feels safe, valued, and empowered.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Register with Ofsted and ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation


• Lead and inspire a team of care professionals


• Oversee care plans, risk assessments and behaviour strategies


• Manage recruitment, training and staff development


• Build strong relationships with external agencies and families


• Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and data protection

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential setting


• Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding and relevant legislation


• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills


• A genuine passion for making a difference in young lives
