Registered Manager - Children’s Residential Home (Established Service)
Location: Langford, BS40
Salary: £44,425 per annum, with potential earnings of up to £53,725.86 through bonuses

Are you an experienced and motivated leader in children’s residential care? We are seeking a Registered Manager to take the reins of an established and well-regarded 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in the Langford area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential home
• Strong working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
• A commitment to therapeutic, child-centred care and high safeguarding standards
• Passion for leading, developing and empowering staff teams
