  • Medicash Health Plan for everyday health costs

  • Recognition through our Active Awards programme

  • Enhanced Sick & Maternity Pay

  • Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,500

  • Support from experienced clinical and business leadership teams

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare

  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and best practices

  • Passion for child-centred care and emotional wellbeing

  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
We are proud to be a Disability Confident employer, committed to providing reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process.
