Location: Manchester

Salary: Competitive (Negotiable DOE)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week + on-call as required

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a newly established CQC-registered home in Manchester. We're looking for a Registered Care Manager who brings passion, vision, and proven leadership in domiciliary care.

You'll be instrumental in setting the standard for quality, supporting your team, and driving service excellence from day one.

What You Bring

• Leadership experience in domiciliary care
• Deep knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
• Proven ability to build and manage care teams
• Commercial awareness and KPI-driven mindset
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
• Full UK driving licence
