Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established domiciliary care provider. We are looking for a confident and experienced Manager who enjoys a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance, improving compliance, supporting service growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to make a genuine impact within a well established service. You will receive full support from senior management and be part of an established and respected national care provider.
 
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a large domiciliary care service.
Maintain and improve quality, compliance and operational performance.
Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and company standards.
Support, motivate and develop both office and care staff.
Manage service growth whilst maintaining excellent care outcomes.
Support investigations, audits and quality improvement initiatives where required. 
Requirements:

Previous management experience within domiciliary care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
Experience working alongside local councils
Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to support operational challenges
Ability to adapt management approaches to suit different teams
Track record of maintaining ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings
