? Registered Manager – Family Assessment Centre ? ? Location: Great Malvern, Worcestershire
? Salary: Up to £60,000
? Welcome Bonus: £5,000
? Performance Bonus: 21% of Annual Salary
? Must be a Qualified Social Worker (Registered with Social Work England)

Lead with Compassion. Assess with Purpose. Transform Lives. We’re excited to partner with Keys Group in the search for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead Crown House, their well-established Family Assessment Centre in Great Malvern.

This is a unique opportunity for a qualified social worker with a strong background in family assessments, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care to take on a rewarding leadership role with a high-performing and supportive organisation.

? About Crown House Crown House supports up to seven families, many facing complex challenges such as mental health needs, learning disabilities, or substance misuse. The service delivers detailed parenting assessments through the ParentAssess model, all within a structured and supportive 14-week residential programme.

? Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Crown House, ensuring excellence in care and assessment delivery

  • Lead and develop a skilled, compassionate team, promoting a culture of trauma-informed practice

  • Design and implement tailored assessment plans for each family

  • Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards

  • Work collaboratively with local authorities and external partners

  • Monitor family progress and adjust support and assessment approaches accordingly

  • Manage referrals, reporting, and safeguarding processes effectively

? What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England

  • Proven experience managing or working within a residential family assessment centre

  • Knowledge and use of the ParentAssess model

  • Expertise in risk assessment, safeguarding, and case management

  • Skilled in motivating and leading multi-disciplinary teams

  • Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and decision-making ability
