Registered Manager / Leading Children's Care Home

Daytime Healthcare are assisting a leading children's care home to find a Registered Manager to join the team in Peterborough.

The care home is for children/young people aged 8-18 years with learning difficulties, and / or emotional and behavioural difficulties, and we are looking for a Manager that is passionate about achieving the best outcome, and is motivated to direct a team in supporting vulnerable children and young people.

What you will need to succeed:

· Diploma Level 5 in Leadership Health and Social Care Children and Young People, or equivalent.

· At least 2 years supervisor experience with a children's home.

· Previous experience of managing a children's home is desirable.

· Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and legislation.

· Good knowledge of safeguarding.
