Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

Registered Manager - Residential Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Care, behavioural support/PBS. Sutton, Greater London, Surrey.

A new opportunity has arisen with a reputable national care provider, to join as Registered Manager overseeing two residential care homes for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs including autism, mental health and physical disabilities.

The homes are attractive properties and have excellent facilities, with nice outdoor areas, and everything is done with an emphasis on providing person-centred care and the ultimate aim of empowering all the residents to live as independently as possible. There are excellent levels of investment from the organisation, and you will we well supported by a regional team as well as having good levels of staffing. They also have a firm belief in positive behaviour support (PBS) with a company-wide strategy to ensure this is in place across their homes.

Applications are welcomed from experienced registered managers looking for a new challenge, but equally this is also a chance for an experienced care manager or service manager who is ready to take a step up and take on their first registered manager role.

This is a growing organisation, so you will be given opportunities to progress (Regional Manager and beyond), as well as receiving investment in your own personal development through ongoing training, and chances for gaining qualifications
