We're seeking a compassionate, dynamic Registered Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to take full operational responsibility for one or more services, delivering person-centred care in a supportive, well-established organisation.

• Lead day-to-day service operations to ensure outstanding care delivery

• Supervise and develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers

• Maintain regulatory compliance (CQC) and ensure health and safety across services

• Manage staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance

• Oversee service budgets and resource planning

• Use digital systems for quality assurance, reporting, and workforce management

• Build strong relationships with external professionals and local authorities

• Drive continuous improvement through training and personal development

• Experience in a management or leadership role in social care

• Knowledge of CQC standards and quality frameworks

• Strong people management and team development skills

• Proven ability to manage resources and budgets effectively

• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards it

• Passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives
