The Opportunity This is more than a management role — it’s a mission. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple adult social care or education services across Kidderminster, Dudley, and Worcester, with national travel and occasional overnights.

You’ll Lead On:

• Interim and crisis management of services
• New service commissioning and quality audits
• Compliance as a Registered Manager (where required)
• Mentoring staff and embedding best practice
• Safeguarding, complaints, medication, and care governance
• Referral handling, business development and budgeting

• Proven experience in care or education leadership
• A strong grasp of CQC compliance and quality frameworks
