Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in the search for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead their high-performing, luxury nursing home in the Cirencester area. This purpose-built, modern home provides high-quality nursing, residential, and specialist dementia care for up to 65 residents — setting a benchmark for exceptional care within the region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to take the helm of a well-established service and continue driving excellence in care delivery and operational performance.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, dynamic leader with a solid background in nursing home management. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for delivering outstanding, person-centred care and be highly skilled in leading teams, managing compliance, and engaging with external stakeholders.

You will have:

• Proven experience managing successful nursing or residential care homes
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, and local authority frameworks
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills

Key Requirements:

• A genuine passion for providing high-quality elderly and dementia care
• Extensive management experience within nursing or residential care services
• A strong clinical background (preferred but not essential)
• Robust financial management and budget control experience
• A commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing care environment
