Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum +

We are seeking an experienced and
passionate Registered Manager to lead one of our established Residential Care
Homes.

This is an opportunity to join a

As Registered Manager, you will
have full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring high-quality
care delivery, regulatory compliance, team development, and commercial
performance. 

The Role 

As the leader of the home, you
will: 

• Provide visible and inspiring
  leadership to your team


• Ensure the home consistently
  delivers high-quality, person-centred care


• Maintain full compliance with CQC
  regulations and best practice standards


• Lead recruitment, retention, and
  development of care teams


• Promote a positive culture
  focused on dignity, respect, and resident wellbeing


• Build strong relationships with
  residents, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals


• Monitor and improve occupancy
  levels and overall home performance


• Manage budgets and resources
  effectively


• Drive continuous quality
  improvement initiatives

About You 

We are looking for a confident and
compassionate leader who can demonstrate: 

• Previous experience as a
  Registered Manager, Home Manager, or experienced Deputy Manager within
  residential care


• Strong knowledge of CQC
  regulations and quality standards


• Proven leadership and team
  management experience


• Excellent communication and
  stakeholder engagement skills


• Experience managing residential,
  dementia, elderly care, or similar services


• Commercial awareness and
  financial management capability


• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for
  Health and Social Care
