Home Manager (RGN) – Complex Care Nursing Home
Rotherham | Up to £65,000 DOE | Full-Time | Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN)

Are you a clinically strong Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for leadership and a track record of delivering high-quality care? We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a specialist nursing service in Rotherham, supporting adults with complex needs.

About the Home
This purpose-built, modern care home provides exceptional nursing care for adults living with:

• Complex needs associated with dementia
• Mental health conditions
• Neuro-disabilities, including Huntington’s disease
• Physical disabilities

About You
We’re looking for a strong clinical leader who can inspire a team, uphold best practice, and ensure compliance with CQC and internal standards.
Essential:

• Active NMC pin – Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Previous home management experience
• Previously achieved a “Good” CQC rating for a service
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and safeguarding
• Experience supporting residents with complex and long-term conditions
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
