Job Description - Registered Manager - Support Living Services

Role: Registered Manager, Supported Living
Location: York
Salary: £39,000 - £42,000 + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge?

I’m working with a well-respected, forward-thinking care provider that supports individuals with sensory impairments and additional disabilities. They’re now looking to appoint a passionate Registered Manager to lead their supported living services across multiple sites in York.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that puts people first – both the individuals they support and their staff.

The Role:

Lead and inspire a team of care professionals across supported living services
Ensure person-centred care is delivered to the highest standards
Oversee day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance
Drive service improvement, quality assurance, and innovation
Play a key role in transformation and potential automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Manager qualification and proven experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Deep understanding of CQC requirements and care legislation
Experience working with people with sensory loss or additional disabilities
Track record of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings
Ability to juggle priorities and lead services across multiple locations
