Registered Manager - Swadlincote

Bradcare is looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Registered Manager to join our Swadlincote branch.

Bradcare is a well-established, CQC-registered domiciliary care provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care with over a decade of success across the Midlands.

• Overseeing the setup, compliance, and day-to-day operations of the branch
  
• Recruiting, developing, and supporting a team of care staff
  
• Building strong local relationships with service users, families, and professionals
  
• Ensuring CQC compliance and safeguarding best practices
  
• Driving growth and quality within the service
  

Requirements

• Experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or community care (essential)
  
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
  
• A proven track record of achieving high standards and service development
  
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  
• Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulations
