Registered Manager - Wednesbury

As Registered Service Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care, regulatory compliance and operational performance.

The Role: As Registered Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Providing strong, visible leadership and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the residential service.
Promoting person-centred support, enabling individuals to maximise their independence and achieve their personal goals.
Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of the people supported and the staff team.
Leading, motivating and developing the staff team, creating a positive and supportive working environment.
Ensuring the service meets all CQC regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of quality and compliance.
Overseeing quality assurance, audits, care planning, risk assessments and service improvement plans.
Managing budgets and financial performance, ensuring resources are used effectively.
Ensuring accurate reporting and effective management of operational information.
Building positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders.
Taking responsibility for the overall performance and development of the service.About You: To be considered for this opportunity, you will:

Have previous experience as a Registered Manager or Service Manager within residential or supported living services.
Have a strong background supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, including individuals with complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
Have a good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance.
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
Have experience managing staff teams, budgets and service performance.
Be confident in leading a service through continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of care.
Be flexible and willing to participate in an on-call rota and provide support when required.Most importantly, you will be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
