We're looking for an inspirational Registered Manager to lead one of our children's homes, providing a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children aged 12–17 can thrive, build positive relationships and reach their full potential.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management and development of a children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
You will:
Lead, motivate and develop a skilled residential team. Deliver outstanding care that promotes positive outcomes for children and young people. Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards and Ofsted requirements. Create a nurturing, child-centred culture where children's voices, rights and aspirations are at the heart of everything. Work collaboratively with families, education, health professionals and partner agencies. Oversee safeguarding, risk management, quality assurance and continuous service improvement. Manage staffing, budgets and resources effectively. Drive excellent standards in education, health, wellbeing and independence planning for every child. Essential Requirements:
A minimum of two years' recent experience working within residential childcare. Significant experience managing and developing teams within a care setting. A Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve this within 18 months). GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above. Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, safeguarding legislation and residential childcare practice. Experience managing budgets, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication and partnership working skills. A commitment to creating positive outcomes and life-changing opportunities for children and young people. A current enhanced DBS registered on the update service.
