Job Overview

Cromwell Medical Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Midwife to join one of our leading NHS clients in the London/Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a midwife to provide expert clinical care while offering leadership and professional support within a maternity service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide advanced, evidence-based midwifery care across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services

* Ensure safe staffing, effective escalation, and high standards of clinical governance within the unit.

* Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation

* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and NHS maternity guidelines

* Participate in leadership duties, including shift coordination and clinical decision-making

Requirements

* NMC Registered Midwife

* Experience working at Band 6 midwifery role

* Strong clinical background across labour ward, antenatal, and postnatal settings

* Right to work in the UK

* Up-to-date mandatory trainings
