Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:

Deliver high-quality clinical care, including medication administration and care planning.

Lead shifts to ensure the highest standards of care and safety for residents.

Build strong relationships with residents, providing both emotional and physical support.

Maintain NMC standards, safeguarding the welfare of residents and staff.

Provide leadership and direction to the care team.

What We're Looking For in the Registered Nurse:

A valid NMC PIN and experience working with dementia care.

Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional care.

A positive, compassionate attitude and ability to inspire a team.
