Our client, a well-established and purpose-built nursing home, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. This service provides high-quality general nursing, dementia, and palliative care, ensuring residents receive person-centred support in a warm and friendly setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid NMC registration

• Experience within a nursing home environment is essential

• A caring and empathetic approach to nursing care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and person-centred nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments in line with best practices

• Monitor residents’ health and respond to any changes in condition

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent care standards

• Offer guidance and support to care staff, fostering a positive team environment

• Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements

• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met
