Salary: £52,000 per annum + Yearly Pay Reviews!

Location: Ilford, East London

Shifts: 36 - 48  Nights available

HCR is proud to be partnering with a luxurious, award-winning care provider, operating over 60 homes and continuing to expand in 2025. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join their dedicated team, providing high-quality care to individuals recovering from injuries or living with physical disabilities, as well as elderly residents requiring nursing, dementia, and palliative care.

The Registered Nurse will benefit from market-leading staffing ratios, a supportive environment, and high standards of person-centred care. Ideal candidates will be RMN, RGN, or RNLD with an active NMC PIN, demonstrating kindness, compassion, and leadership.

Registered Nurse Duties:

• Administer medication safely
• Lead, mentor & supervise the team
• Create & update care plans
• Empower residents with high-quality care

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Active NMC PIN (Adult Nurse, RMN, RGN, or RNLD) trained
• Previous nursing home experience
• Kind, compassionate & strong leadership skills
