Registered Nurse – Night Shifts

Hourly Rate: £22.50

Night Shifts, 36 hours per week

Our client is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their warm and welcoming nursing home team, supporting older adults with nursing needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who values person-centred care and wants to make a meaningful difference every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Current registration with the NMC as an RGN or RMN

• Demonstrated experience in a nursing home or similar environment

• Proficient clinical skills and knowledge of elderly care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to work efficiently in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents during the night shift

• Perform regular assessments of residents' health and well-being

• Dispense medications and treatments as per prescription

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to devise and execute individualised care plans

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols

• Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals

• Offer support and guidance to junior staff members
