Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN

£21 per hour |Night Shifts, 36 hours per week

Our client, a warm and welcoming nursing home, is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide exceptional care and support within their nursing and dementia unit.

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents with dementia and nursing needs. This role is ideal for a nurse with a passion for elderly care who thrives in a collaborative and nurturing setting.

What We’re Looking For

• Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) and a valid UK NMC Pin

• Experience within an older adults and dementia nursing setting

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

• A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care tailored to the needs of residents with nursing and dementia care needs

• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practices

• Administer medication safely and assist in care planning

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Promote dignity, independence, and well-being for all residents
