The Staff Nurse will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and ensuring the well-being of residents. This is a day shift position (36 hours per week), offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About You

• A registered nurse (RN) with an active NMC registration.

• Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of best nursing practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.

• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring residents’ health.

• Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Educate residents and their families on health management and well-being.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication with colleagues.

• Uphold values of dignity, inclusivity, and person-centred care in all interactions.
