Staff Nurse – RGN (Days)

£19.70 per hour Paid Breaks | 33 Hours per Week | Day Shifts | Luxury Care Home

We are currently seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a highly reputable and beautifully designed care home, providing top-tier nursing, residential, and dementia care. If you're an experienced and compassionate nurse looking for a day shift role in a supportive and well-run care setting, this is the opportunity for you.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care during day shifts. You’ll support residents with complex needs including dementia and age-related conditions, working as part of a skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin

• Experience in elderly care, dementia, or mental health is advantageous

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

• Passionate about delivering safe, dignified, and person-centred care

• Able to work independently and as part of a team during day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering person-centred nursing care tailored to individual needs

• Administering medications safely and in line with NMC guidelines

• Collaborating with care teams and healthcare professionals

• Leading care assistants and promoting best practices in care delivery

• Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing emotional support to residents and families
