Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Night Shifts, 36 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £20

Set in a quiet residential area, this small Nursing Home offers high-quality care to older adults living with nursing needs, dementia, and complex mental health conditions. They are now looking for a compassionate and reliable Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their night shift team. Whether you're experienced in elderly care or looking to bring your skills into a more personal, homely setting, this is a chance to make a real difference every night.

What We’re Looking For

• Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) and a valid UK NMC Pin

• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a Nursing Home or similar setting.

• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures for service users who require nursing or dementia care.

• Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care during the night shift to service users who require nursing care or have mental health problems such as Alzheimer’s and dementia, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with the medical team.

• Support and comfort service users and their families, and assist in creating a comfortable and safe environment.

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports for service users

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans

• Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols for service users
