Staff Nurse (RGN) – Night Shifts – £20.50 per hour

Our client, is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) with nursing home experience to join their friendly team for night shifts in a beautifully renovated home offering specialist care for older adults, including nursing and dementia support.

Working 36.75 hours per week on night shifts, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care in a home that blends modern comfort with thoughtful design — including a peaceful library, sunny terrace, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

You’ll be part of a passionate and supportive team, with a paid handover and breaks to ensure high standards of care continue across shifts.

What You’ll Need

• A valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and active NMC PIN

• Experience in a nursing home setting is essential

• A caring, patient-focused approach with excellent clinical skills

• The ability to work independently and confidently on night shifts

• Strong communication and team leadership abilities
