Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse – Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their dedicated team providing outstanding care in a peaceful and supportive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a service known for excellence in post-operative rehabilitation, respite, convalescence, and recovery from hip and knee surgeries.

Working day shifts only, this role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about person-centred care and thrive in calm, therapeutic settings with a strong clinical team.

About You:

We’re looking for an experienced and empathetic Registered General Nurse (RGN) who brings:

• Valid NMC registration and an active UK nursing PIN

• Previous experience in post-operative, surgical, or rehabilitation nursing

• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy abilities

• A commitment to inclusive, person-led care that respects individual needs

• Flexibility to support the team with daytime availability

Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered General Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a post-operative setting

• Assess, monitor, and respond to patients’ health needs throughout their recovery

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, personalised care plans

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical best practices

• Support patient education on aftercare, medication, mobility, and long-term wellness

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain clear, compliant patient records
