This role is only open to fully Registered Nurses with a valid NMC PIN.
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse passionate about delivering complex clinical care? This part-time position offers flexible hours and the chance to lead specialist nursing interventions that directly improve patient outcomes. Lead complex care packages involving PEG feeding, tracheostomy, catheterisation, ventilation, and more.
Train, supervise, and assess care staff to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
Develop, review, and update personalised care plans and clinical protocols.
Collaborate with hospitals, GPs, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Conduct quality audits and clinical reviews to maintain compliance and safety.
Deliver targeted clinical training to staff on medication management, equipment use, and procedures.
Identify and manage safeguarding concerns swiftly and according to legal guidelines.
Foster a positive, professional culture through strong clinical leadership.
Registered Nurse with Adult or Children’s NMC PIN (mandatory)
2–4 years post-registration experience, including hospital discharge or complex clinical care.
Expertise in complex nursing interventions (PEG, tracheostomy, catheter care).
Confident communicator with excellent teamwork and mentoring skills.
Passionate about delivering safe, dignified, and effective nursing care.
Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
