What You'll Do:

• Lead complex care packages involving PEG feeding, tracheostomy, catheterisation, ventilation, and more.




• Train, supervise, and assess care staff to maintain high standards of clinical practice.




• Develop, review, and update personalised care plans and clinical protocols.




• Collaborate with hospitals, GPs, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.




• Conduct quality audits and clinical reviews to maintain compliance and safety.




• Deliver targeted clinical training to staff on medication management, equipment use, and procedures.




• Identify and manage safeguarding concerns swiftly and according to legal guidelines.




• Foster a positive, professional culture through strong clinical leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with Adult or Children’s NMC PIN (mandatory)




• 2–4 years post-registration experience, including hospital discharge or complex clinical care.




• Expertise in complex nursing interventions (PEG, tracheostomy, catheter care).




• Confident communicator with excellent teamwork and mentoring skills.




• Passionate about delivering safe, dignified, and effective nursing care.




• Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
