Hours: 36 - 48 hours per week | Days or Nights available

Salary: £22.50 per hour + Paid Breaks

The service provides high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care for up to 60 residents. You'll work alongside an experienced, nurse-qualified Home Manager and a skilled care team, ensuring outstanding clinical care and a warm, supportive environments for residents.

RGN Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care

- Administer medication and maintain accurate care plans

- Promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents

- Lead shifts and support junior staff

- Ensure compliance with NMC standards and safeguarding policies

RGN Requirements:

- A valid NMC PIN (RGN qualification)

- Previous experience supporting individuals with dementia

- A compassionate approach and strong leadership skills
