Registered Nurse

Job Scope:

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our clients team within their welcoming 42-bed nursing home. This role offers the opportunity for a Registered Nurse to thrive in a nurturing environment where high standards of care and resident wellbeing come first. The home provides tailored, person-centred support for older adults, including individuals with dementia, nursing needs, and complex health conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will take the lead in delivering safe and effective clinical care, supporting the care team, and ensuring that each residents dignity, comfort, and quality of life are always prioritised. The successful Registered Nurse will also work collaboratively with families and professionals, promote best practices, and maintain full compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.

Job Qualifications

• NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults
• Strong clinical expertise with the ability to make sound, confident decisions
• Effective leadership, clear communication, and excellent organisational skills
• Previous experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential
