We are recruiting for an experienced RGN or RMN to join a friendly and supportive clinical team, providing high-quality nursing care to residents within a comfortable and welcoming care home environment.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

* Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care

* Complete clinical assessments and regularly review care plans

* Administer medication safely and accurately

* Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to any changes

* Support residents with a range of nursing and care needs

* Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals

* Provide guidance and support to care staff on shift

* Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

* Build positive relationships with residents and their families

* Ensure high standards of dignity, choice and independence are maintained

About You

To be considered, you will need:

* Current NMC registration

* RGN or RMN qualification

* Good clinical knowledge and confidence

* A compassionate and resident-focused approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting would be beneficial
