Registered Nurse (Complex Care)

We are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) to join a dedicated team supporting an individual with complex healthcare needs in their own home in Ipswich.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and clinically skilled nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a community setting.

Clinical Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with:

Tracheostomy care and management

Bariatric/obesity care

Hoist transfers and moving & handling

Complex care packages within a home environment

Respiratory monitoring and emergency response

Clinical observations and risk assessment

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective nursing care in line with individual care plans.

Manage and monitor tracheostomy care, including emergencies.

Support all aspects of personal care and clinical interventions.

Administer medications as prescribed.

Work as part of a 2:1 care team to ensure the highest standards of support.

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

Liaise effectively with family members and multidisciplinary professionals.

Essential Requirements

? Current NMC Registration

? Previous complex care nursing experience

? Experience with tracheostomy care

? Experience supporting individuals with obesity/bariatric needs

? Competent in hoisting and moving & handling techniques

? Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

? Reliable, compassionate and professional approach
