About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while leading and supporting care staff on shift.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop positive and respectful relationships with residents
– Deliver and oversee person-centred care plans
– Promote residents’ wellbeing, independence, and dignity
– Lead by example through excellent clinical practice and professionalism
– Manage the care of allocated residents
– Supervise and support Care Assistants during shifts

Requirements
– Current NMC registration
– A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
– Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay & Enhancements
– £23.00 – £24.00 per hour DOE
– 10% enhancement for weekend shifts
– 50% enhancement for Bank Holidays
