Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) looking for a fulfilling night shift role? Our client, a well-established care home in Swindon, is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide outstanding care to residents with nursing and dementia needs.

What You’ll Need:

• Valid NMC Registration (UK) – RGN or RMN qualification

• Strong Clinical Knowledge – Up-to-date nursing practices and experience in a night-time care setting

• Care Planning Expertise – Skilled in writing care plans, risk assessments, and dietary plans

• Regulatory Understanding – Familiarity with MCA & DoLS guidelines

• Team Player & Communicator – Able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver Quality Care – Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and respond to medical needs

• Ensure Seamless Care – Communicate with daytime staff for continuity in patient care

• Keep Records Accurate – Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation

• Work as a Team – Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and fellow nurses

• Maintain Safety & Hygiene – Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean, secure
