Registered Nurse (RN) / RMN

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

✅ Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
✅ Minimum 6 months' recent UK nursing home or mental health care experience
✅ Right to Work in the UK
✅ No restrictions on working hours
✅ Valid Practical Life Support training
✅ Valid Practical Manual Handling training
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
✅ Commitment to providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care

THE ROLE

As an Agency Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents and service users within nursing and care settings.

Your responsibilities may include:

* Providing safe and compassionate mental health nursing care

* Assessing, monitoring and documenting residents' physical and mental wellbeing

* Administering medication safely and in accordance with procedures

* Supporting individuals with their mental health and emotional wellbeing

* Identifying and responding appropriately to changes in behaviour or presentation

* Following individual care plans and risk assessments

* Promoting dignity, independence and choice

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records

* Supporting safeguarding and infection prevention procedures

* Working effectively with Healthcare Assistants, nurses, GPs and the wider care team

* Escalating concerns and changes in residents' wellbeing appropriately
