Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Children’s care provider and assisting in their search for a new Registered Nurse (RNLD or RGN) to join their incredible team at their Children’s Home based close to Leicester.

The successful Registered Nurse (RNLD or RGN) will assist in supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You’ll provide tailored nursing care, promote independence, and help young people thrive in a therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care to children with LD and complex behaviours
• Create and review care plans with families and professionals
• Implement positive behaviour support strategies
• Administer medication and monitor health
• Keep accurate records (NMC/CQC standards)

What You’ll Need

• Valid NMC registration
• Experience with LD, autism, or complex behaviours
• A caring, team-focused approach
• Experience with Tracheostomies and Ventilators is preferred
