Sellick Partnership are supporting a housing organisation with the recruitment of a Registered Service Manager to lead and oversee an Ofsted-regulated Supported Accommodation Service for young people aged 16 and 17.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with a strong background in supported housing, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance to lead a high-quality service that delivers positive outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Registered Manager and primary point of contact for Ofsted, ensuring the service operates in line with Supported Accommodation Regulations and Quality Standards.
Lead preparations for Ofsted inspections, monitoring visits, and regulatory audits, maintaining full compliance across the service.
Provide visible and supportive leadership, fostering a positive culture centred on safeguarding, inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Ensure safeguarding concerns, incidents, and risks are identified, reported, and managed appropriately.
Use audits, performance data, feedback, and outcomes to drive service quality and continuous improvement.
Ensure young people receive personalised, trauma-informed, and strengths-based support that promotes independence and positive outcomes.
Oversee the maintenance and quality of accommodation, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for young people.
Build and maintain effective partnerships with local authorities, commissioners, social workers, education providers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.Essential Requirements:

Previous experience working within supported housing, supported accommodation, or children's services.
Experience managing or leading regulated services.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
