Location: Blackburn | Salary: £49,091 + £1,000 bonus (subject to achieving 'Outstanding' OFSTED) report | Hours: 37 per week | Permanent (Temp-to-Perm Considered) | Immediate Start

Our client, a leading children's residential service, is looking for a Registered Team Manager to join their 3-bed home, currently supporting 1 young person. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team of 5 staff, supporting the existing Deputy Assistant Manager, and contribute to delivering outstanding care.

The Role:

Take on Registered Manager responsibilities and complete Ofsted registration.
Lead, manage, and develop the residential team, ensuring high-quality care.
Manage budgets, implement quality audits, and ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
Support care planning and work collaboratively with Local Authorities.
Participate in out-of-hours management as required.What We're Looking For:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (mandatory).
Proven experience in residential childcare management.
