Location: West London
Hours: 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional with a strong background in food, beverage or FMCG labelling?

I'm recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised drinks business looking to add a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to its EMEA team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, highly innovative organisation, supporting a substantial pipeline of new product launches, flavour extensions and packaging changes across European markets.

The Role

Working as part of the EMEA Regulatory team, you'll take ownership of labelling development and regulatory compliance, ensuring products meet relevant EU food and beverage legislation.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading label development and compliance reviews for new products, flavour extensions and packaging changes.
Reviewing product labels and artwork for accuracy and compliance with EU food and beverage regulations.
Coordinating artwork approvals with internal creative, graphics, marketing and regulatory teams, as well as external partners.
Monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments across EU markets, assessing their potential impact on existing and future products.
Supporting product and raw material registrations, testing requirements and associated regulatory documentation.
Working closely with international colleagues to ensure consistency across corporate labelling and compliance standards.
Supporting technical product queries relating to areas such as allergens, added sugars and vegan/vegetarian suitability.
Maintaining accurate regulatory documentation and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes.About You

We're looking for someone who ideally has:

3-5+ years' Regulatory Affairs experience within food, beverages or dietary supplements.
A degree in a scientific or related discipline.
Strong working knowledge of EU food and beverage legislation and labelling requirements.
Hands-on experience with label development, artwork approval and compliance reviews.
Exposure to product or raw material registration would be highly advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different functions and international markets.
Beverage industry experience would be particularly advantageous.Why Apply?
