Regulatory Case Support Paralegal

A specialist Regulatory team is seeking a motivated Paralegal to provide support on regulatory prosecution and defence matters, working closely with experienced fee earners and a range of professional regulatory bodies.

The Paralegal's Role

Preparing legal documents and supporting case preparation
Managing case administration and large volumes of documentation
Reviewing, sorting, indexing and redacting documents
Liaising with clients, witnesses, experts and third parties
Requesting transcripts and evidence from courts
Assisting with the preparation of hearing bundles
Conducting legal and factual research
Attending meetings and taking detailed notes
Providing general support to fee earners throughout casesThe Paralegal

Previous legal or paralegal experience preferred
Strong organisational and document management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Confident liaising with clients and third parties
Proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
An interest in regulatory law would be advantageousIn Return

£25,000 - £30,000 salary
