This practice are seeking an NQ Solicitor to join the practice and work alongside a Legal 500 listed Partner. Ideally, you will have gained experience of dealing with Regulatory work during your training contract, or as a Paralegal. The main purpose of this role is to work on a mixed caseload of contentious & non-contentious matters and be open to dealing with public inquiries, DVSA investigations, traffic commissioner hearings, planning & environmental issues, heavy haulage work, international carriage of goods and defending all types of prosecutions brought against the haulage industry.

The client base is second to none, and despite being a small boutique practice you will be dealing with work that rivals top-tier city law firms. So, you will be advising and representing commercial clients and FTSE 100 / 250 clients. Work is reliable and business development is not needed due to the reputation of this practice, so the sole focus of this role is to fee earn and perform the best possible service for clients.
