Regulatory Technology Projects – Quantitative Investment Manager - London

Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the firm's regulatory focus from a technical perspective. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including the implementation of technology across the compliance function. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Regulation Technology, with experience in implementing and optimising technology solutions across the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
· Technology implementation within the compliance function
· Regulatory compliance: stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends
· Data Analysis and visualisation
· Documentation and reporting
· Training
· Process improvement and innovation

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
· Prior experience (5+ years) in regulatory technology or a related field within financial services.
· Strong knowledge of global financial regulations and industry best practices.
· Familiarity with a variety of RegTech tools and platforms.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
· Although it is not a requirement, coding skills (Python, R, or Java) would be a huge advantage.
