Reinsurance Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the administration of outwards reinsurance contracts post-placement
• Process and record reinsurance policies and documentation within internal systems
• Support netting-down activity and reconciliation across inwards and outwards business
• Prepare premium statements and facilitate reinsurance recoveries
• Assist in bordereaux preparation and LOR processing
• Monitor collateralised reinsurance and support year of account reallocation
• Provide operational and administrative support across the full outwards reinsurance cycle

What you’ll need:
• Prior reinsurance experience within the Lloyd’s or London Market
• Understanding of reinsurance structures including XoL, Quota Share and Facultative
• A process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable navigating data and ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
